If it takes the USAF to pop them, the bloody kids won't have a chance, and I won't be picking up bits of balloon rubber out of the garden for weeks. At 9:45 his consulting room door opened and he called in another chap who was in the waiting room when I arrived. I finally got called in at 10:12. I told him about the above sign.
