The UK Pound is amazingly High so you get a very god deal at the Moment. Yeah UK was always more expensive than France, especially after your Local friend negotiated L'Addition down by significant amount. Tolls and Essence was trop Chere. I don't mind France. Nev -
With electric there will be no more fighting over Oil resources. No tankers on the road or rail. Blockades won't work and you are more free of Cartels over charging you. It's mostly ALL good. . Nev

Storing stuff in Containers can ruin the stuff you store, quicktime.. Best is sealed and Moisture Proofed and away from Light. Dust always has chemicals in it. Higher up in a shed is dryer and warmer. Protective stable wax can help. . Nev

Australia Has the Most species to start with. Many are delicate, depend on other life forms and can't adapt to change of circumstances Australia by and Large is light on for water and in many places extremely HOT. Domestic CATS are bad news for many Birds as well as other Migrated species, and diseases.. Nev -

Swappable Batteries seems intuitive but I don't think it is that simple, comparison with a drill etc is not valid as batteries get swapped all the time and being expensive are often less in number that the gadgets you have. Inbuild is lighter and the sophistication of the Monitoring can be much better, Batteries can Last a very Long time these days Swapping introduces a CARE factor too. Nev

I've NEVER taken El Cheapo Holidays (or something) in Europe Jerry and the More Preparation and research the better the Experience will be for you. I try to mix with the Locals (and keep away from the tourists Hot spots) and boozy People. I don't expect thick Overcooked steaks either. I sample the Local Fare as it's done "their" way.. Europe is generally NOT CHEAP. Nor should we expect it to be. Letting them know you are not English helps too. An Australian Accent is very strong. We are pretty LAZY with our pronunciation generally.. Nev -
