Bought this for a lark today, I'm never going  to Oshkosh at this rate ever now so it can't get any worse.

I think is meant to be Donald Dump.

That bolt has already been cracked from overload stress, for an extended period. Plus, the bolt shank corrosion is severe. So, it was bound to break.

 

I have had to deal with more broken bolts and studs, than I've had hot breakfasts. They certainly test you.

You had to remove EVERY stud from a ford V8 flathead to rebore it. 23 each side on the later ones. Always extremely tight so that a few always broke, requiring great skill to repair. Taking a nut off is relatively simple. Drill each side and split it with a cold chisel.  Heat with OXY and apply penetrating oil after, also . BUTCHERS need not apply.  Nev
