What the hell do we elect them for then? When Howard and Costello brought in the CGT discount in 1999 (from which the wealthiest 10% get 80% of the benefit), did they take it to an election? Siso Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago There is a difference when things change. They were asked several times during the election and they said flat out NO. Not much has changed since the election. Housing has been an issue for a long time now. As far as the Howard and Costello thing, Like I said they are all the same and we should get and expect better.
