facthunter Posted Thursday at 10:29 PM Posted Thursday at 10:29 PM So you don't believe there is a radioactivity risk flying at altitude? The airlines don't shout it out for obvious reasons but some executive Jets have special filters. Air crew Know about it. Dr Norman SWAN Mentioned it on RN Radio a day ago. Nev 1
old man emu Posted Thursday at 11:05 PM Posted Thursday at 11:05 PM I seem to recall some mention of Concorde needing shielding from solar radiation.
Siso Posted Friday at 12:03 AM Posted Friday at 12:03 AM Wasn't telling a story, just an interesting fact. You are coming across as being a bit precious.
facthunter Posted Friday at 12:42 AM Posted Friday at 12:42 AM I presume you are talking to ME. The Level is not dangerous That's the context. How you SEE me is up to you. I SEEK Facts and good sources. Not easy these days. Nev
Siso Posted Friday at 01:15 AM Posted Friday at 01:15 AM No-one said it was dangerous, there wasn't a whole story to tell.

pmccarthy Posted Friday at 10:33 AM Posted Friday at 10:33 AM Living in a granite house is a risk from the radioactivity. Or in a cave in igneous rocks. You need lead underpants. 1
facthunter Posted Saturday at 12:10 AM Posted Saturday at 12:10 AM Then you get LEAD Poisoning. Nev 1
onetrack Posted Saturday at 12:34 AM Posted Saturday at 12:34 AM And you have trouble moving around, too. Nothing like lead in your pants to slow you down.
facthunter Posted Saturday at 12:38 AM Posted Saturday at 12:38 AM The point is you DO need Potassium( K )for good Heart Health and Bananas are a good source of it as is avocado, Brazil nuts, Meat sodium free salt and quite a few other foods. ALL potassium including what is in you will have the Radioactive Isotope 40 in a small %considered Miniscule and does NOT accumulate, so eat a banana without fear. Nev 1 1
facthunter Posted Saturday at 12:47 AM Posted Saturday at 12:47 AM Lead Pipes in Ancient Rome, Poisoned a lot of the People. Lead Pb Lat. Plumbum as in PLUMBER is Lead & is also in Solder 50/50 with TIN. Pb is an Accumulative Poison. Not permitted in Paints any more. 1
spacesailor Posted Saturday at 10:35 AM Posted Saturday at 10:35 AM Lead , I/WE , as children chewed it like it was ' chewing gum ' . I always thought it would leave my/our system years ago . Unlike " Fluoride " the good ( for your teeth ) ' forever ' poison . spacesailor 1
facthunter Posted yesterday at 01:19 AM Posted yesterday at 01:19 AM IF you look the Fluoride subject up It's still a recommended process by WHO and dentists. Fluoride does occur naturally. Nev
spacesailor Posted yesterday at 02:54 AM Posted yesterday at 02:54 AM I don't have any natural teeth ! . How will I benefit from adding a poison to my drinking water . some of my greatGrang kids have mouths full of fillings . Born into a word were poison's are deemed normal. Now it's white flour , that has at least four chemicals added . spacesailor 1
onetrack Posted yesterday at 03:20 AM Posted yesterday at 03:20 AM Spacey - Folic acid and Thiamin are added to white flour to replace B group vitamins lost during the milling process. Ascorbic acid is also sometimes added to white flour to improve the dough quality. Ascorbic acid is quite safe to eat, it's found in citrus fruit. Calcium peroxide is another chemical often added to white flour, to reportedly strengthen dough and improve its texture, but I would have my doubts about that chemical, as it doesn't seem necessary to add it. Calcium peroxide is an industrial chemical and a known poison, but the manufacturers claim they manufacture a food-grade Calcium peroxide, which is purportedly safe to consume. Your great grandkids teeth are possibly in poor condition due to a number of factors; 1. Poor genetics, many people of Anglo-Saxon ancestry suffer from poor tooth structure. We can only blame our ancestors. A lot of tribal or African people have far better teeth than Angl0-Saxons, due to good tooth DNA. 2. Poor tooth hygiene. Parents are largely responsible for teaching children good oral health. Many young parents fail to do this. 3. Poor diet with lots of sugary, fizzy drinks. I largely destroyed my teeth with too much Coca-Cola when I was young. 1 1

facthunter Posted 16 hours ago Posted 16 hours ago Back a while back it was "We're not happy TILL you are not happy". Before that with DCA it was good. Pilots ran the DCA. and there was a Department of Civil Aviation. Nev 1

red750 Posted 12 hours ago Author Posted 12 hours ago The justice system in this country is not just a joke, it is busted. Did you see Spotlight last night? A grandfather from, I think, Temora, has been paying a family in Manilla to do unspeakable things to a 6 year old girl and sending him films. The family have been arrested and their phone confiscated with 350 Australian contacts detailed. The grandfather was arrested and charged, but released on suspended sentence. He lives close to a primary school. Of the 350 contacts with names and phone numbers, only about 15 have been followed up. Bloody disgraceful 1
facthunter Posted 12 hours ago Posted 12 hours ago Seriously, would it be better done anywhere else? How RELIABLE is SPOTLIGHT? Nev 1
