The point is you DO need Potassium( K )for good  Heart Health and Bananas are a good source of it as is avocado, Brazil nuts, Meat  sodium free salt and quite a few other foods. ALL potassium including what is in you will have the Radioactive Isotope 40 in a small %considered Miniscule and does NOT accumulate, so eat a banana without fear. Nev

Lead Pipes in Ancient Rome, Poisoned a lot of the People. Lead Pb Lat. Plumbum as in PLUMBER is Lead & is also in Solder 50/50 with TIN. Pb is an Accumulative Poison. Not permitted in Paints any more.

Spacey - Folic acid and Thiamin are added to white flour to replace B group vitamins lost during the milling process. Ascorbic acid is also sometimes added to white flour to improve the dough quality. Ascorbic acid is quite safe to eat, it's found in citrus fruit.

Calcium peroxide is another chemical often added to white flour, to reportedly strengthen dough and improve its texture, but I would have my doubts about that chemical, as it doesn't seem necessary to add it. Calcium peroxide is an industrial chemical and a known poison, but the manufacturers claim they manufacture a food-grade Calcium peroxide, which is purportedly safe to consume.

 

Your great grandkids teeth are possibly in poor condition due to a number of factors;

 

1. Poor genetics, many people of Anglo-Saxon ancestry suffer from poor tooth structure. We can only blame our ancestors. A lot of tribal or African people have far better teeth than Angl0-Saxons, due to good tooth DNA.

2. Poor tooth hygiene. Parents are largely responsible for teaching children good oral health. Many young parents fail to do this.

3. Poor diet with lots of sugary, fizzy drinks. I largely destroyed my teeth with too much Coca-Cola when I was young.

The justice system in this country is not just a joke, it is busted. Did you see Spotlight last night?

 

 A grandfather from, I think, Temora, has been paying a family in Manilla to do unspeakable things to a 6 year old girl and sending him films. The family have been arrested and their phone confiscated with 350 Australian contacts detailed.  

 

The grandfather was arrested and charged, but released on suspended sentence.

 

He lives close to a primary school.

 

Of the 350 contacts with names and phone numbers, only about 15 have been followed up.
