Yeah, I'd really like to see my own death certificate, so I can take steps to avoid the problem that caused my demise.

1.25 $ million in my street .

Everything is so much more in the cities .

And then to tear them down , to build " mini-mansians " on the larger old style blocks .

The council puts their land-rate at the $million mark, just to get more income for themselves.

The more ratepayers in a given area, the  more services at less cost per person.. People like Cities for the convenience and health care facilities. A mini- Mansion is an oxymoron. Nev

Look at this area down the road less than 1 Km from me. One what appears to be not much more than 6 houseblocks, compared to the two on the left, they have just buily 16 dwellings. More like town houses than homes, but it's squeezing more in. And get the name- Serenity Court - fat chance.
