All the hoo-ha has been about getting rid of anti-semetism. However, I think that it has promoted anti-Islamism. Which ever way you look at it, it has promoted 'anti the other mob' hysteria. What about all the other ethnic or religious mobs that are not the same as one's own. Will the Protestant -v- Catholic wars start up?

It stretches to everyone. Look at the memorials that have been smashed and sprayed with red paint in Victoria, heads cut off statues, anti Australia graffiti splashed over buildings etc in the leadup to Australia Day and Anzac Day.

There's a lot of angry people out there, spouting foamy-mouthed visceral hatred. The disease starts with extreme right-wingers and Nazis, and goes right through to "Aboriginal activists", to radical Muslims spouting anti-semitism.

 

I trust the new legislation captures them all, not just the anti-semitism promoters. "Aboriginal activists" are amongst some of the worst spouters of racist, foamy-mouthed, visceral hatred.

You get charged when there's sufficient evidence of you Behaviour Being Criminal and likely to win for the Crown in a Court of Law. You have "Your Day in Court" and if you get a lawyer that won't be cheap. You might get costs IF the case brought by the Crown Prosecutor falls apart.. Protestant , catholic, budhist,Sikh,Jehovahs, Brethren, dont go around cuitting heads of,raping ,killing babies,mutalating people(mostly Muslims) only the radical muslims do, say what you want but they are worst of them

Maybe they are "the worst of them" at teh present time, but go back through history and there are any number of human groups that have done the same things to others in their own eras. Humans are a nasty bit of work.

That is not to say the vast majority of Muslims (or anyone in general) wants to perform the barbaric acts that have been performed in recent times, mainly my Islamic terrorists.

It seems more often we read of someone who has been stabbed many 10s if not hundreds of times, burned to death, tortured, etc.. and nary a Muslim in sight. I am sure if I do some research, I will find some non-Islamioc terrorist or oppressive government (e.g. Myanmar?) committing systematic barbarism - sadly they have graduated from hijacking planes. But at the moment, and it may be the media, the perception is most of the terrorist groups are Islamic. .
