There's another couple (who became victims) who deserve medals, and that's an older couple named Boris and Sophia Gurman. They tackled the father, Sajid Akram, as he started shooting, but failed to overpower him, lost their balance, fell over, and were both shot dead by Akram as a result.

Their attempt to disarm Sajid Akram was accidentally captured on the dashcam of a car being driven past, as the terrorists started their rampage.

Any war between Palestinians and Isarelis always brings out the protestors. The call for a ceasfire - by Israel, knowing Hamas and those who preceded it wouldn't engage in a ceasfire. They don't call for an end to the war.. but to kill the Jews and Gas the Jews.. I am sorry, but i am calling it out. Look at the almost rioting in Sydney, the intimidation globally of Jews on campuses.. Don';t see people harassing the Russians, the Syrians, the various Africans, etc..

And I am at a loss as to why even far more gross excesses in the region don't even rate a mention.

You can justify it all you want, but the reality it, it is anti-semtism.. A lot of people just don't want a Jewish state... but are more than happy with the other violence in the region to occur with nary another thought.

What Hamas did is no worse than what the Japanese army did in Manchuria and Borneo, or what the Nazis did to the Jews. But once done, you can't fight a war against a segment of society. There were good Germans and good Japanese, but the bombs rained down on them all. There is no other way to fight against evil in wartime. And war is the only way to sanitise the evil. Each society, worldwide, is responsible for the actions of the groups within it.

Albanese was giving a press conference outlining his visit to the hospitals with the Governor General. I can't believe that, mid speech,  Channel 7 cut in and said, "We'll have to leave the Prime Minister there, the cricket is about to start." This was at 9:30! The cricket didn't start till around 10:30.

Josh Frydenberg just gave Albo and the government an angry serve on their failure to do enough to counter anti-semitism. Made some very good points and handed him an action plan. I hope Albo’s listening.

So, the government of a small, multi-ethnic country is going to turn back nearly two thousand year's worth of human behaviour? Some might think tht Albo is a Kvnt, but he's definitiely not Kanute.

Because the suggestions he made about what could and should be done to try and prevent another Bondi happening in the future were reasoned and sensible. He was a good treasurer in his time and Albo is a good Prime Minister, but neither have a monopoly on good ideas.

Here's a list of Islamic attacks in Australia since 2014. Most of these occurred because of our involvement in Afghanistan and Iraq, things went quiet after we got out.

But now we can add the Bondi attack because Albo said Israel has a right to exist.

Numan Haider (Endeavour Hills stabbings (2014)

Mohammad-Hassan Manteghi Borujerdi (Man Monis) (Sydney attack 2014)

Iranian-born Iraqi-Kurdish (Parramatta shooting 2015)

Ihsas Khan, from Bangladesh (Minto stabbing attack 2016)

Two Allahu Akbaring teenagers, (Queanbeyan stabbing attacks 2017)

Somali-born Islamist Yacqub Khayre, (Brighton siege 2017)

Hassan Khalif Shire Ali, from Samalia (Melbourne stabbing attack 2018)

Mert Ney, Turkish (Sydney stabbing attack 2019)

NSW Premier was coming up with some common sense this morning when he said protests about foreign problems will not go ahead.

So that is a good start but it still won't stop Islamic terrorism. To stop that, we need to rid Australia of all the adversarial imams and members of the muslim community who prefer Sharia Law over our Common law, and any who dislike Jews and our Aussie way of life.
