I'd change the title to "Stupid men and ladders don't mix". I train people to erect, secure and climb ladders. These were all examples of exactly how NOT to erect, secure and climb a ladder with predictable results. Some of the injuries looked pretty bad as well.

I think I will stick to the blue or yellow pills although they can also cause a problem with ladders, just look at that pole vaulter

Unsurprisingly, ladders are the primary cause of injuries needing hospitalisation, amongst males over 45 in Australia.

You could argue that stupidity is the leading cause, if you use the ladder correctly there's far less chance of injury (goes for most things in life really!)

I'll agree with that , up & down my 'step ladder' many times , the other day . Now my legs & ankles are giving me pain . .

I have " paracetamol 660 " That I hate taking .  Dr's script three pills Dailey
