Marty_d Posted September 2 Posted September 2 It's when you start humping stranger's legs that you really get into trouble. 1
old man emu Posted September 2 Author Posted September 2 Just don't lay down in the middle of the road and lick your b@lls. 2
old man emu Posted September 7 Author Posted September 7 As a former Sydney-sider, I can't recognise the backgrounds in most of the images in this AI-created video. Also, the AI-generated voice-over mispronounces 'barramundi' and the suburb name, 'Cabramatta'. 1
facthunter Posted September 23 Posted September 23 IF they are not smarter than People, which they Must be, the real reason is to MAKE MONEY EASIER. and you will not know fake from DEEP fake and outright deception. Brave New World. The POTENTIAL will be exploited and the benefit to you will be accidental IF at ALL. Nev 1 1
onetrack Posted September 23 Posted September 23 Whoa, imagine if the machines of the future became as smart as a MAGA supporter?? 🙄 1
spacesailor Posted September 23 Posted September 23 There always been ' three ' different smart,s . there's that smart guy who gets on TV, Dr Karl Kruszelnicki . IQ 110 . Then there's a person who can design (architecture ). last but not least we have the builders . So what is smart . I survived death , that's awfully smart . spacesailor 1
facthunter Posted September 23 Posted September 23 IQ of 110 is Not that SMART. None of US are getting out of THIS ALIVE. IF you are NOW "OLD", you might qualify as a "Smart FART". whereas I'm a "Silly old fart". to some People. I DO get told I'm GOOD (For MY age). I don't know whether that's a compliment or Not. Nev 2

onetrack Posted September 23 Posted September 23 Nev, what they actually mean, is you're not quite as doddery as some of your companions! - and they're making allowances for your "senior" moments! 🙂 1
spacesailor Posted September 24 Posted September 24 Yes I'm feeling a litte sore , I went to a shop thinking the walk would do me good . Two hours latter , I felt I could collapse when I got home . Next morning, my ankles were swollen & stiff as a Corps. I must learn to use my ( old ) bicycle. spacesailor 1

facthunter Posted yesterday at 08:33 AM Posted yesterday at 08:33 AM You don't HAVE to be Paranoid, but it helps. nev 1
nomadpete Posted yesterday at 08:39 AM Posted yesterday at 08:39 AM Yeah, know. I'm not paranoid. You all DO hate me. 2

nomadpete Posted 18 hours ago Posted 18 hours ago Anyway, it looks likely that Artificial Intelligence will surpass our frail animal intelligence rather soon. Dystopia, here we come! 1
old man emu Posted 11 hours ago Author Posted 11 hours ago The problem wiht the use of AI is that it is a two-edged sword. It seems that it can be incredibly useful if the uses to which it is put are not malicious. However, there are those amongst us who have a malicious mentality and use good things for evil purposes. Unfortunately, the anonimity of the Internet precludes us from defeating thos evil purposes. 1
nomadpete Posted 11 hours ago Posted 11 hours ago I would like to hear that there is a impenetrable firewall between all AI systems, and all militart execeutive functions. A.I. has already been given a 'survival instinct'. Which over rides any duty to serve (or save) humanity. RED FLAG ! 1 1
