I bought a Holden, sheet !.

Did you know the five stud wheels are attached by four bolts .

Weee there goes my left front wheel, over the fence & across the field.

Only a little scar in the tarmac. Never found that Dammed wheel with the brake rotor inside it.

noticed the shake three days before & no mechanic (3 of them) picked up the problem.

Red, you should've kept that Morris Isis. Absolute tank of a car, powered by a Morris truck engine. About the only Morris that would do close to 100mph. Only 1250 built, it's a collector car today.

Best vehicle I ever owned, a new HJ Holden Sandman utility, bought in 1975. 253 cu in V8 (4.2L), 4 speed manual, GTS dash, went like the clappers.

Wore it right out, eventually turned into a roo-shooting ute on the farm, and sent it to a country rubbish tip. Worth probably $60,000-$70,000 today, in good condition, the Sandman utes are rarer than hens teeth, only 800 built.

The Sandman I owned was identical to this one, below.
