He wants the head of the Federal Reserve Bank sacked because he (FRB head) criticised Trump.

OK smarty. Every second door would have an odd number. Maybe I should have said weird, unusual, unnecessary, stupid, etc, just to please you. Maybe I should have edited the image or cropped the number out so as not to upset your sensibilties. The point was to question a peephole in a largely glass door. As for meant, have you never made a typo?

Donald Trump hates this photo because it makes him look so old. Please don't share it. That would be wrong.

George Clooney believes Maryland Governor Wes Moore is a 'proper leader' who he sees as the next Democrat standard-bearer after he led the movement to push Joe Biden out in 2024. The actor, a longtime Democrat supporter and fundraiser, wrote an op-ed in the New York Times July 10 of last year titled 'I Love Joe Biden. But We Need a New Nominee.' Clooney, who in June last year raised $30million at a fundraiser for Biden's 2024 campaign, is largely credited as being the nail in the coffin to Biden dropping his re-election bid. As part of the promotion for his new Broadway staging of Good Night and Good Luck, CNN asked the Oscar-winner who he thought should lead the Democrats going forward. 'There's one person in particular I think is spectacular,' he said, before singling out Maryland Governor Moore, who he says is 'levitating above' the rest. 'I think he is a guy that handled this tragedy in Baltimore beautifully. He's two tours of active duty in Afghanistan. He speaks sort of beautifully, he's smart. He's a proper leader.' Clooney is referring to Baltimore's Key Bridge collapse in early 2024 which killed six maintenance workers. 'I like him a lot, I think he's someone we could all fall in behind,' Clooney added.

He's demanding that CBS has it broadcast licence revoked because they played two reports, one featuring Xi Jinping and one featuring Zylenskyy, which were "fake news" and defamed him. He has a previous request still pending, because before the election, they broadcast a recording of a Harris interview in which her answers were edited to denigrate him and promote her.

An ad on TV today, possibly a sendup of the various flavours availble, talked about baked bean flavour and sushi flavoured hot cross buns. No thank you.

A report on Seven this morning said that tourism to the USA was down 7% on this time last year.

Lord save us from the puns. They belong in the Quickies topic.

El Salvadore prison scene . . . Most have no criminal record in the US or El Salvadore. Just Trump's vindictiveness.

We all know that shredded or chopped lettuce will start to go brown within 24 hours. My daughter bought a packet of chopped lettuce about a week ago. Since then we have had it for two evening meals, and I just had some for lunch, no sign of going brown. That's at least 6 days. She stored it in a glass bowl, covered with water, and placed a metal teaspoon in the bottom of the bowl. Works a charm.

I have never had any desire to travel overseas, not in recent years anyway. But reading new rules and taxes makes it a definite no-no. Read this startling report - https://www.news.com.au/travel/travel-updates/warnings/major-crackdowns-on-foreigners-across-the-world-aussies-warned/news-story/c72cce90ef29500280e37413b43ca49c?utm_campaign=EditorialSB&utm_source=News.com.au&utm_medium=Facebook&utm_content=SocialBakers

The boat is 55 ft long. The builder is Cure Marine from Qld. I rewatched the show on 7plus streaming, and I got the width of the printer wrong. It's 5 metres. If you want to watch the story, go to 7plus,com.au/sunrise. Drag the timer button through to 7:51 on the onscreen clock. -

A few days ago, I had a regular appointment with my dietician. Her office is opposite Box Hill Centreal Railway and shopping centre with a public car park attached. I arrived early and spent about half an hour sitting in the shopping mall to kill time. I watched people coming and going, normal shoppers, secondary students, young couples, mums pushing strollers, shop workers in uniform, cleaners, security patrols, people in restaurants, etc. I reckon over two hundred or more. In that time, I saw five people who seemed out of place. They were - - Caucasian. The rest were Asian, with a couple of Indians. Down at our local mall, Forest Hill Chase, today, the mix was much more 50-50.

Not AI, but there was a story on Sunrise about a company, I think in Sydney, which has built a catamaran using one of the worlds largest 3D printers, 28 metres long by 8 metres wide. That's the printer, not the boat. -
Following his recent medical checkup, it has been recommended that Trump has a colonoscopy, but it has been pencilled in for 2027. It is anticipated that J.D.Vance will fill his chair during his absence.
