In my opinion (as an ex-chalky) kids ability to reason and be aware of right and wrong and what is fair and what is not is greatly underestimated. They also have a natural curiosity about most things IF it's not stifled. Getting them to get off their Mobile Phones might be a Challenge. 16 or 18 I don't see it as a world changer or see an inevitable flow on effect.
