I lived outside of their '' Sinfin " factory.  Even worked there for a while . Before that I worked for a concrete Contractor,  pouring ( bubbley ) aerated concrete as a 

' sound deadener ',  over the jet testing facility .

It work well , as the ' whine ' was tamed .

It's rampant. It's manipulatiIt's It  blatantly unconscionable. It's sinister. It's not controllable.

 

And it's  everywhere.
