That's what I thought too. Was he unelected? Reelected? Both?

I wasn't aware that NK had elections. Ones with more than 1 name on the ballot, anyway.

Relax - It appears all the electoral opposition to Kim mysteriously vanished, so there was only one choice left for the Congress to make, when it came to re-electing a replacement secretary-general.

I'm sure all you funny guys know that Un is part of his name, Kim Jong Un. The title was copy/pasted directly from the article.

We know that NK has the most unreel elections in the world..... well they did until Donold came along to fix middle America's electoral systems.

Like most Asian names, the surname come first. His father was KIM JONG IL (capitalised because upper case i and lower case L look the same in this font, ie, Il ). Kim is his surname, Un is his given name. Just like Xi Jinping's surname is Xi.
