No. We now have 'Lib Lite' who are not acting on what I consider important issues for the public.

 

Examples:-

Is Woodside gas good for the public?

 

Is backing multinational (polluting) salmon farms good for the public? 

 

Is AUKUS submarines good for the public - we probably won't get them anyway. How would 3 subs deter a dozen or so chinese ones if we ever had a conflict?

The World is crying for  leaders with  a Plan that  is more than JUST bettering their Personal wealth.   Trump LEADS to Calamity. Putin's a Leader who lets nothing stand in his way. Brazil's Bolsenaro was another (Focused) Leader who did nothing to stop Covid because it would cost money.  Hitler got on with his Plan. Etc  Nev

People have commented on the way that Trump walks. He throws his left leg in a sort of circular motion. Now the reason might have been exposed. It is possible that he has a Foley bag attached to his left leg. A Foley bag is a device to hold urine if one has a urinary catheter inserted. As the bag fills, it adds weight to the leg, requiring more effort to throw the leg forward with each step. It is an old technique with horses to fix their gait by fitting a weighted shoe to the leg which is producing the wrong gait.

 

Why would Trump need a Foley Bag? At the kindest, maybe it is a way for him to attend public functions without having to pop off to the loo as men of his age often have the need to do. The unkind would suggest that he has some medical condition.

I see DJT is sending 700 marines in to LA to control the riots. This morning Guardian had an on-the-spot reoprter say:-

Early this afternoon, a handful of bored-looking California national guard members were leaning on their riot shields in front of the heavily graffitied federal building, with 25 or so media and protesters milling around in front of them."

My theory:-

 

If a politician says or does something crazy or silly, it means that I am not seeing it through his eyes. They are not acting in the interests that I expect him to responsible for.

Then I turn it around in my mind until the act/policy has some logical outcome. From the politician's perspective, it made sense at the time. Probably serving self interest instead of acting in the interests of the people/country. Then I  understand.
