Jeffery Sachs calls Chump a simpleton, bloody funny. About the most accurate term l reckon l've heard, pretty well says it all.

Although he says Chump does understand approval ratings and that's what he's people should be using to work him/ he reckons only problem is most of his people are as dumb as he is. Bout sums it l reckon.
