Yes !.

Most were posted north of London.   Way up to the Midlands & beyond .

In Lancashire I heard one such creaton was hospitalised by a child's parents. 

The dark days of England LOOSING that war, & being shafted by the yanks, until 1953 .

In the school magazines the List of the staff members shows their Degrees etc. No one at the High  School I attended was under qualified. The head master was ex RAAF but you wouldn't know from anything he did .In one school I taught at we had what you called a "retread" a shaky little old guy with a small bottle of whisky in his inner suit coat pocket.   Nev

Have a go at this.   Just by getting rid of the stage 3 tax cuts and a few other things,  I could include a lot of worthwhile spending and still have a 170b surplus.
