    When you drop a car from a vertical hight , ( to gain the mps required ) , nose first onto a solid floor , that deceleration is Deadly. from ' Mithbusters ' . ( one dead Dummy ) . ABS is shocking driving on sand , pushes you side to side , & if you go to fast , sends you into a " ground-loop'' My Pajero has it & I have to remove a fuse , while sand driving . ( another 4X4 driver showed me how ) . spacesailor

    AND When all the inspections are done. A nut comes off somewhere, then the crash writes off your car . My eldest daughter picked up her mini , after the " road safety inspection " and promptly ran into the car infront , as the mechanic had snapped the " break pedal " pin , trying to stop a mini in less time than a new one . Luckily , only slight damage to both car's . ( made her late for school though) . spacesailor

    Problem is , the car has overruled any other escape , from disaster. Turn your car even slightly , with that breaking & you loose control, all the motoring organisations tell you, BREAK IN A STRAIGHT LINE . What next " automatic locking steering " .     I think that too . But there seems to be a lot of couples going though, An awful lot of expense with I V F . A couple of my extended family were " sperm donors " . So this family could ( in theory) be a lot larger than known . spacesailor

    But , one sperm only . It seems so wasteful not to have a very a few get into one egg making " twins / triplets / quads & quins " . Or in " Octomums " case eight . spacesailor
