There has always been much said about the USofA having the world's greatest military might.

But times are a-changing.

A new kid on the block is catching up. And at the same time, warfare and weaponry is changing whilst USofA don't appear to be keeping up.

Think how Ukraine has rapidly changed the whole approach to war, and doing very well at it.

And the chinese are building a bigger military threat of their own.

Let's face it. The American Empire is in its terminal phases exacerbated by the mania of Trump. China does not need to conquer militarily. It has conquered commercially. The irony is that it applied the lessons taught by the American Dream. I also think that Russia is declining in importance. Putin is 73 years old. Just look at our thread where we advise of the passing of famous people. So many of those passing on are past their "three score and ten". Can Putin and his philosophy have long to last? The European Union is strengthening itself. At the moment it is spending some effort on military defence in response to Russia's activity, but at the same time is going ahead comercially. India is a growing commercial entity, but not a military one. Southeast Asia just wants to make money.

The problem areas are Africa and the Middle East, but these areas are involved in localised tribal conflicts. None of the countries involved there have the ability to become world powers.

America has been self Indoctrinating for a Long time. ie the government, FBI, CIA is always your enemy which cannot be trusted. It's been correct enough times to  consider, but it's Just another manifestation of all pervading corruption of a greed filled Society being overcome by temptation and MIGHT is Right.. Not the Only Place in the  World with THAT Problem.  That's WHY we Have RULES and DUE Process. ( Or DID Have).  Nev

Here's professional racist, aspiring standover merchant and Trump mentor Stephen Miller explaining how the US administration currently sees the world:

Stephen Miller, a top aide to President Trump, asserted on Monday that Greenland rightfully belonged to the United States and that the Trump administration could seize the semiautonomous Danish territory if it wanted.

“Nobody’s going to fight the United States militarily over the future of Greenland,” Mr. Miller told Jake Tapper, the CNN host, after being asked repeatedly whether he would rule out using military force.

According to Mr. Miller, using brute force is not only on the table but also the Trump administration’s preferred way to conduct itself on the world stage.

“We live in a world in which you can talk all you want about international niceties and everything else, but we live in a world, in the real world, Jake, that is governed by strength, that is governed by force, that is governed by power,” Mr. Miller told Jake Tapper of CNN on Monday, during a combative appearance in which he was pressed on Mr. Trump’s long-held desire to control Greenland. “These are the iron laws of the world since the beginning of time,” he said.

IF you are TOTALLY UNCIVILISED and a Vengeful VAIN Bully as the POTUS is , Doesn't mean it's RIGHT. Trust is NOT something you can JUST BUY. At the Moment the World CANNOT TRUST America.( or Putin.). It has EVERY reason Not to.   THAT HAS to be America's Problem. AMERICA Itself is far From UNITED also. THAT will be it's downfall.  Not ALL Americans are greedy  and as gullible as Trump Hopes.  Nor will they accept a KING or God Emperor.  Nev

Brute force is the Chump way. In this presidency, he used the brute force of America's dominant domestic market to try and force other countries to kow-tow to his will. He is using brute foce with the ICE; now he is using brute military force. He doesn't care if it is allies, nuetrals, or foes he uses that force against as long as it is for what he wants. The the previous presidency, he used brute force to try and overthrow an election. He uses brute force of money to intimidate people through legal proceedings and the like.

Ehther it is uncivilised or not; whether it wrong or not, it is sort of true. Most of the outcomes he has acheived have been through threats that he would carry out. Want to get Nato to spend more on defence. Threatend withdrawal. Want to get an oil producer - go and invade.

The western world didn't stand upo to Putin because they were scared of a failing military power - they sure as hell aren't going to stand up to Chump because they have a lot more to lose.

The vomit induing performance put on by Starmer was playing to what he wanted and there was no guarantee of him doing what Starmer wanted in return - in fact, he didn't do anything he did for Aus with a leader who provided a more measured approach.

The reality, unless people are willing to stand up to bullies, which they won't if they feel they are powerless in comparison, then the mightier one will get the choccies.

The worrying part is Trump has a visceral hatred of the EU and is intent on breaking it up. He sees the world as having only two main power blocs - America and China.

All others that pose credible power blocs that might oppose his will, need  to be dismantled, in his view. He doesn't even see Russia as a major power bloc, he's realised now that Putin is actually piss-weak.

You ARE right on the Money there. Trump doesn't want or CARE about the Voters. He wants to neutralise them now that He has POWER.. They don't come into the Equation. USA Has been Conquered from within. It's an INSIDEJOB. A BIG CON JOB by a consummate LIAR. Nev
