The latest Fox News poll shows that corruption is an even bigger concern for voters than the economy at 88% disapproval. That's pretty extraordinary, especially for Fox. Trump has replaced the Washington political swamp with the New York real estate swamp.

And not their intellect - at least not that of his preferred (mostly blond) choices.

That leads some to believe that blonds are not intellectually gifted. Obviously not always true but convenient to the christofashist view that females are lesser than males.

Karoline Leavitt was no dummy. She was confident and articulate and a very good press secretary for the Trump administration if you only judge her performance on those terms. It’s a pity she was batting for the wrong side and mostly spreading fact free propaganda, but she did it well.

Oh, I thought that if she wasn't dimwitted, the only alternative would be dim ethically.

As Nev pointed out, donold primarily selects minions based on blind loyalty. And maybe lip size.

Is that a metaphor for blind lip service?

Credit where credit is due. Karoline was very good doing the job she was hired to do. She was quick witted and alwys seemed to be up to the minute with the messages she delivered. You could often pick some little white lies, such as when she said she had spoken to Trump earlier in the day. Since he has a reputation for not getting going early, her statement was most likely a porky.

Howeve, she's move up in the world and is not on TV and likely to get her own show!

Typo correction:

However, she's moved up in the world and is now on TV...

Not sure it's what trumpy did, or Elon, or Kegbreath. But in Ukraine, starlink recently suddenly stopped working for any receiver travelling faster than 100mph. It is used for anti missile/drone intercepts.

The Ukranians sent a Starlink device travelling at speed from Ukraine, into Europe and back. The starlink worked perfectly once it crossed out of Ukraine. It stopped as soon as it came back.

Military Starlink is controlled by USA.

So USA is actively preventing Ukraine from defending its own territory.

Also, investigating a fallen Russian Geran drone has found US semiconductors in its computer pcb.

USA is now working for Putin.

It's been reported that the Starlink speed decrease was ordered by the White house.

So that, along with the purchase of diesel from Russia in contravention of their own sanctions, means that Trump is an active accessory in the illegal invasion of Ukraine by Russia.

I'd love to see the kompromat that Putin holds on Trump. Given that Trump visited Moscow with the Miss Universe or some similar competition, it's not hard to guess, especially as Russia are known to install cameras and bugs in hotel rooms.

A report I saw said that Musk came up with the idea and suggested it to Trump who thought it was a great idea, so someone pressed the off switch. Apparently the system still hasn’t been fully restored.

I confess. My remark about US chips in Geran drones was cherry picking. A quich web search told me that Russian drones contain materials from many countries, including USA.

The geran 4 drone is powered by a Chinese model aeroplane motor. Can you imagine a model aeroplane with these specs? How would RAAus cope with me flying in one of these? Discard the explosive payload and fit a windscreen & seat!

"Militarnyi had already published 850 km range, a 350–500 km/h speed band and 450 kg weight on 3 May 2026;
