red750 Posted March 5, 2023 Share Posted March 5, 2023 Melbourne's Citylink tunnels are being fitted with bands of lighting which move along the tunnel at the speed limit in the hope that it will keep drivers at the speed limit. One of the problems with the Burnley Tunnel is that it has a steep exit ramp, which causes drivers to slow down, resulting in congestion.
