spacesailor
The boffins must have been pretty good to get the Navigation for the distance traveled, windage included. As well as the fuel cutout. At the intended target. spacesailor
old man emu
With a speed of 400 mph, over 100 to 150 miles, wind effects would not push the V1 way off target, especially when the target was not a specific site, but a whole urban area. The idea of the V1 was terror, not precision targetting. 1 1
