    Out here in this city suburbia. An empty block incurs, land tax, unimproved valuation rates, water charges , sewerage charges. And if have the adjacent block with house & pool, you have to pay penalty water rates , for excessive water use. I told one owner to have the water put on the spare block, just for the pool filling & car washing . Saved lots of money & arguments over those pool parties , as well as washing friends cars . spacesailor

    Untamed trailer!. In NZ a company , made a tow hitch with a large friction disc to combat swaying when towing . I went to their demo . And . The caravan was badly loaded, with almost flat tyres . Without their hitch , it was ' deadly ' . With that hitch it was like everything was corrected . I wonder what happened to it , as not found by Google. spacesailor

    Not the original. That had the ' glass ball ball ' in a tube encased by a rubber mound , Stray light came in & was reflected back though the eye Which shone brightly . Like an animals eye . spacesailor

    But Those in-need of solar, plus EVs . Are not eligible. As most live in the ' suburbia ' & state housing or rental. The Oldies have long-ago learned to live ( within their pp-pension ) , so do not qualify for subsidised solar . Who got the first for those big rebates . I suspect the richer part of town , who have surplus money. 115 klms daily trip , lots of CO2 produced by one car in 10s of thousands . ( Penrith/cbd ). spacesailor

    The future of one product, and no alternative. Is always, pay through the nose . Until That alternative comes back to cut the profit of the router. Then the price drops to keep any profits it can . Cats-eyes in the European road centre line , were sold for " one halfpenny each " . Road makers complained of ' excessive profits' , And took the cats-eye maker to court . The judge agreed the maker couldn't lower the price as it was the ' lowest coin ' available. Now we have a cheaper alternative, Has anyone seen a " cats-eye " road marker lately. spacesailor

    " untrained and inexperienced operators " . Some ' operators ' are ex truck drivers. With the best experience they obtained before retirement. A lifetime of driving, without " Causing " an accident. Plus 50 years of operating a car & trailer combination. Without killing myself , should count for something. But alas Bureaucratic rules, take presidence over logic . If regulated to 100 kph ( 60 mph ) on the motor-way . Stop pushing them to go faster . Just because you're allowed 110 kph . spacesailor

    NBN. WE CHANGED COMPULSORY. From Optus . We have not yet made one month without a breakdown or maintenance stoppage. And no reduction for loss of service. It also takes out the phone . spacesailor

My ' nephew & Husband ' will be heart broken if their marriage is annulled, what do they write on their docs , when asked ," Are you married " . If it is annulled.     In the Northern Hemisphere, the sun is ' Down South ' , Coming to Australia is bewildering to say the least. Getting lost easily , as the sun is " rising. SE in the morning " in Europe . So getting out of bed . Sydney Sun is on right not your left . spacesailor
