Battle of Menin Road Ridge, 20th Sep – 26th Sep 1917. red750 Posted October 11, 2018 Share Posted October 11, 2018 Phil, have you seen the WW1 films colourised by Oscar winning Peter Jackson (Lord of the Rings)? By colouring and slowing down to give realistic movement, then adding sound, he has made an amazing restoration showing what life was really like in the trenches.
