As far as the Politics of Jesus he seems a bit of a hippy and certainly NO snob and he's anti authoritarian and healed and fed people. Sort of bloke you'd have for Mayor of a good little town where people cared for each other and a good retirement plan. Perhaps he had a lot of Donkeys to sell but I don't think that was it. Nev

I hate crowds so Heaven or Hell don't appeal. You wouldn't get a word in. and Harps warp if they get wet. Nev

Better than nothing. It's a "nominal" thing but never the less STRANGE to those of us not inside the Circle.. Same as "In God WE Trust" on the US currency. People don't question these things because they'd be pilloried but mostly because they don't really think about it. Nev

Had it's own Army and Taxes. Still has a special seat at the UN. . In some/many places you must be one to get anywhere. Of course that's not in print. You realise it later. Nev

Has anybody seen ONE? an "Invisible" means of support, might be a false hope but WE are too"special" to JUST DIE. THAT requires a bit of conceit doesn't it.? Nev

Perhaps all the wives in the dining room might have requested it? Looks all funny when squashed against glass anyhow. Nev

I've always regarded the significant factor was the wing warping and the ability to easily bank the plane in turns. I've read all of that link. Aeroplanes are the mainwings and they describe vertical rudders and horizontal rudders. Replace those two with the word stabiliser and it is easier to interpret. The absence of a keel surface makes control complicated .The Bristol BOXKITE overcame that and a covered fuselage dose a lot of it in later aircraft.. Hargreaves boxkites and Lilienthal's glider work certainly influenced the wright's product. They went over board on patents and thought they could tie all what made planes fly, was "THEIR" work and derive royalties into the future. The large delay in publically presenting it to the world made a lot doubt there was anything special in it., but as I said the appearance at Paris around 1908 ??allayed most of that when it performed figure 8's etc at low level perfectly. You can "appeal" any determination THEY make. I haven't lost one yet but you better know what you're on about and I wouldn't have done one when the Robodebt farce was on.. Nev

Other planes turned on the rudder without any roll control. A FLAT turn (Like the Flying Flea) which does it better than most because of the bent wing. I don't know how you'd keep straight on take off without the rudder. When the Wright's did eventually turn up in Paris the French were very impressed with the manoeuvring ability of the Plane and built them Under licence in France. Nev

Planes like the "Flyer" have no keel surface and slip to the lower wing even well above the stall situation. The reason it couldn't stay in the air was lack of power. The first engine had about 16 Horsepower The forward elevator was also "touchy" as they can be. They must have had to LEARN to fly quickly. Nev

Metho has a bad taste added to it to make it unpalatable. People used to add Nugget bootpolish to it for the sweet tase of nitrobenzene. Ya gotta be desperate. I believe the grog is most of the problem and for whiteys too that are dysfunctional and "off their Brain". most days. Nev

Has "someone" put their name to that because it is presented as someone's opinion very much. There are plenty of places in Europe where neighbouring "tribes' don't understand each other's language. The absence of a flag means nothing whatever. Thats not needed for them to know who they are. The English Garden was unsuitable to this place and monoculture is also not suitable on a grand scale. People took what they needed and no more so things were not wiped out.. Because they were SO different it was assumed they were inferior, but they lived with the land not modifying and poisoning it. Property was shared and that aided survival in a harsh land. They didn't accumulate personal wealth items as that would be a hindrance when you moved on. All those EMPIRES came and went and left their relics and wealth behind often wasting slaves lives to build exotic tombs for their spirits to live forever. It's all pointless really and was mostly about POWER for a few to rule over the others. . Nev

Warren Mundine is ALL OVER the PLACE particularly since HE married GERARD HENDERSON"S Daughter. Henderson is very anti Labor / weird Howard worshipping side of things as best I can describe it. He used to be a frequent commentator on the Insiders show where he was suitably irrelevant to be unable to be have his views taken seriously by anyone. and hasn't been there in a long time, thankfully. If they are INVOLVED then they "own" the result. As it is they blame colonisation Of which all perpetrators are long dead, for the dysfunction.. Australia can never go back to what it was before Phillip.. Nev
