How many times have you been working over the top of the engine in your car and have dropped something that falls into an inaccessible place? I was doing something of the sort when I realised that Murphy's Law would prevail unless I took action. I usually have a bit of rag about the place to cover any possible rabbit holes for little parts, but not today. The I remembered that I had some flyscreen cut-offs. A bit of this is a lot better than a bit of rag because it's easier to squish into tight spaces. And after it has been used, it folds and rolls into a very small bundle to throw in the bottom of your tool box.
